Below you'll find estimated shipping timelines. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed.
We do guarantee that your order is immediately processed and that you'll receive your beautiful paintings or we'll gladly refund you.

Shipment processing time: within 24 hours

Estimated Shipping Timelines:

USA: Between 30 - 60 days average 
Canada: Between 30 - 60 days average
Europe: Between 30 - 60 days average
Australia: Between 30 - 60 days average
All Others: Between 40 - 70 days average

Please understand that there are factors outside of our control. For example, shipping couriers may be experiencing backlogs, or inclement weather may cause a delay that may impact shipping times. Also, the global health pandemic has had in impact on international shipping. While safety measures have been implemented and delivery times have mostly normalized, that does not mean that a delivery delay is not possible. Also, Chinese New Year, roughly the first 2 weeks of February, can cause a temporary delay in processing. Normal processing resumes following this annual holiday. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience in these circumstances!

Very often orders are received by our customers sooner than the above estimated shipping timelines, some arriving in 12-21 days. 
We always strive to deliver orders to our customers as quickly as possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

DiamondPaintings.Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

DiamondPaintings.Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
